     1. EXERCISE 

                          


               You can do any kind of exercise. Workouts at the gym and cardio workout like running both are beneficial. But resistance training is much better for a healthy physique. As new studies show that cardio workouts should not be done on a daily basis.

            I personally prefer resistance training as it helps to give you a more attractive body and 
increase your confidence level and you will get a constant pump of energy throughout the day.


       2. MEDITATION






                         Yes, you have to find yourself time to see yourself. Meditating for 15 minutes a day will never cost anything. There are numerous benefits of meditation, if done on a daily basis.people are always either thinking about the past or thinking about the future. But meditation lets us focus on our breathing which helps us to be in the present .since, breathtaking is the most present thing.

                   But reading habits is like eating food. You will get good health only if you eat good food. Likewise, we will only get all the benefits of reading only if we read good books which mostly comes under non-fiction self-help books.

      7.SET DAILY GOALS

         8. AUTOSUGGESTION



                                                 Autosuggestion is a psychological technique referred from the book THINK AND GROW RICH by Nepoleon hill .which helps us to subconsciously adapt an idea by repeatedly saying that affirmation in our mind and confirming it.gradually our mind will adapt that idea to our subconscious level 

    eg ; if the affirmation is "I am confident"

           you will eventually become confident by repeatedly affirming that particular sentence with emotion

          9.USE EISENHOWER MATRIX TO FIND YOUR PRIORITIES



                                    Know the difference between important and urgent.we have to prioritize things regarding its importance .look at the above image . it is the Eisenhower matrix. And ofcourse you can understand it with common sense. Implement it in your daily schedule for more result

          10. USE 80/20 RULE




                                      80/20 Rule is  commonly seen everywhere in this planet. The 80% of the result of what we get in our work is the result of the thing that we have done using just 20% of our working time. so we have to find out our productive inputs by tracking our daily routine and we can work smarter without consuming that much of time and be more productive
